How to Raise a Complaint with Pipepractice Plumbing

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Pipepractice Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Pipepractice Plumbing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

Problems with a Provider

Plumbers in our network run their own businesses. They answer for their estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Pipepractice Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@pipepractice.world and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help too.
